This website (vinylbackdrops.com.au) is operated by Vinyl Backdrops Pty Ltd, ABN 48 655 056 787, located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

 

Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Vinyl Backdrops. "You" and "your" refer to you, the customer.

 

Acceptance of terms

 

By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

 

We recommend reading these terms before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

 

Products and pricing

 

All prices on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

 

We make every effort to display product colours and textures accurately. However, slight variation may occur between what you see on screen and the printed vinyl. Differences in monitor calibration, brightness and colour settings mean the product you receive may differ slightly from what is shown online. This is normal and is not considered a fault.

 

Products are printed to order unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update, change or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

 

We take care to ensure pricing is accurate. If a pricing error is identified before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm the correct price before proceeding. If we cannot reach you or you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

Orders

 

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

 

Order confirmation does not guarantee availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

 

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

 

Payment

 

Payment is processed at the time of order through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

 

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your credit card details.

 

Shipping and delivery

 

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

 

Processing times, shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Please review it before placing your order.

 

Returns and refunds

 

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

 

Custom printed backdrops are made to your specifications and cannot be returned for change of mind.

 

Consumer guarantees

 

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

If a product has a fault or does not match its description, please contact us at support@vinylbackdrops.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the matter and respond in line with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Intellectual property

 

All content on this website, including images, product designs, graphics, text and branding, is owned by Vinyl Backdrops Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any content from this website without our written permission.

 

Product images on this website are for reference only and remain our intellectual property. Purchasing a backdrop does not grant you rights to the original design files or source images.

 

Your use of this website

 

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the website
  • Interfere with the website's functionality or security
  • Copy, scrape or reproduce content from the website without permission
