Vinyl Backdrops is a small Australian business located on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. 🇦🇺

Order processing time

The majority of our orders are printed on-demand. We will process the order within 24-36 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, and it will be printed and sent within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package has been sent. These times may fluctuate with peak holiday seasons and weather, which impacts on drying and curing times. Custom orders

Custom orders may take a little bit more time to process depending on the job. We can provide custom designs, colours and sizes. Email us at shoot@vinylbackdrops.com.au and let us know what you need.

Express post

Express post is available, just make the selection at checkout.
Express post shipping is not available for oversize backdrops such as 1800mm x 1200mm. 

Order pickups

We do offer local pickups if you are on the Sunshine Coast. Please email us at support@vinylbackdrops.com.au to organise and see if it is possible. 

How do I check the status of my order?

We will send you an email with your tracking number when we have processed it and sent it.

Delays and issues with delivery

If, for some reason you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at support@vinylbackdrops.com.au with your name and order number, and we’ll sort it out for you.
