Vinyl Backdrops Pty Ltd (ABN 48 655 056 787) is a small Australian business located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

 

Processing time

 

The majority of our backdrops are printed to order.

 

Standard orders: Orders are processed within 24 to 36 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and printed within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Custom orders: Custom backdrops may take additional time depending on the design and size requirements. We will confirm the expected timeline when your custom order is approved. Contact us at support@vinylbackdrops.com.au for custom enquiries.

 

Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons and holiday periods. We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible and will contact you if there is any unexpected delay.

 

Shipping methods

 

Standard shipping (Australia Post): Available for all orders within Australia. Estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

 

Courier shipping (Team Global Express): Oversize backdrops (1800mm x 1200mm and larger) are shipped via road courier through Team Global Express. Courier delivery is not an express service. Estimated delivery is 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Courier orders may require a signature on delivery.

 

Please note: oversize items cannot be shipped via Australia Post due to size restrictions. If your order includes oversize items, they will automatically be dispatched via courier.

 

Shipping costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.

 

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Eligibility is shown at checkout.

 

Order tracking

 

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

 

If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

 

Local pickup

 

We offer local pickup for customers on the Sunshine Coast. Please email support@vinylbackdrops.com.au before placing your order to arrange pickup and confirm availability.

 

Delivery issues

 

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at support@vinylbackdrops.com.au with your name and order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Changes to your order

 

If you need to change your delivery address or other order details, please contact us at support@vinylbackdrops.com.au as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.
